The Kit Vault supplies one mystery football shirt, selected at random from available stock.
Customers acknowledge that:
•Club, league, era, and country are not selectable
•Mystery is a core part of the product experience

All shirts are:
•100% authentic
•Brand new or excellent condition
We do not sell fake, novelty, or reproduction shirts.

3. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
If an incorrect size is sent, we will replace it.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of a mystery product:
•Returns based on preference are not accepted
Refunds or replacements are offered if:
✔ Incorrect item sent
✔ Faulty item received
✔ Incorrect size sent
In the first instance please contact us via the email info@kit-vault.co.uk and we do our best to resolve the situation .

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

9. Postage & Delivery
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are charged at standard Royal Mail rates across all products. We do not inflate or vary postage costs by item type.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery times lies with Royal Mail.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with Royal Mail where possible.
